PRP Geneva (platelet-rich plasma) is a technique used in many medical specialties. In cosmetic surgery, we use it to rehydrate the skin, treat dark circles and furrows. It is an interesting alternative to the use of hyaluronic acid. PRP can be combined with other techniques.
In our practice, we use in particular to give a sparkle or treat the eyes dark circles.
It is about taking 10 ml of your own blood. The latter is then treated to obtain a citrine liquid called Plasma, without red blood cells, but rich in platelets. We then use the technique of mesotherapy or subcutaneous injection, as needed, to inject the obtained Plasma. The results are visible very quickly with little / no side reaction.
